I finally made it to Chin Chin Labs - YAY! And it was worth it for this gastronomic ice cream which is made to order right on the spot. Unlike other ice cream joints Chin Chin uses liquid nitrogen to concoct your creamy delight which means fresher, ice crystal free ice cream. I had 'The Warmie', ice cream which sits on a warm brownie base, I would probs keep it more simple next time. What ever you choose it's great fun to watch, find them in Camden Lock when your looking for a treat. xx
